Aerobic Schedule

 Beginning July 9 at 4pm HIP HOP Aerobics followed by a 25 minute abs class.
We will no longer have the Seniors Class on Mondays at 9am and the Jr Varsity at 5pm on Thursdays.
Monday:             Seniors Class with Krissy @ 9am
                               Zumba with Julie @ 5:30pm
                              Pilates with Krissy @ 6:30pm
Tuesday:               Xtreme Fit with Sheri @ 5:30pm
                                Pilates with Sheri @ 6:30pm
Wednesday:             Jr. Varisty with Laura @ 5pm
                             Yoga with Leslie @ 5:30pm
                                Cycling with Bob @ 6:30pm
Thursday:           Cardio Fusion with Sheri @5:30pm
                         5 minute abs with Sheri @6:30pm
