The Sideline Corporate Membership

 

 

Effective June 1, 2009   The Sideline will require the following for corporate memberships:

A full list of members included on your corporate plan for the month's membership must be received by The Sideline fitness Coordinator no later than the 20th of the previous month. This list is the final, and no additions or deletions may be made to this list until the designated 6 month period is over .
The corporate rate will now be $20 for every member on the list unless otherwise noted. Payment must bemade in full at the beginning of 6 month period or taken out on an automatic draft.  All corporate plans are made to last for a mandatory 6 month period.
To be considered a corporate membership, you must have a minimum of 10 people each month.

All new corporate memberships must be approved by the Fitness Coordinator and application must be received by the 20th of the previous month.

All new corporate members must complete new member orientations and purchase a key. Corporate members will be subject to all Fitness Center rules and regulations.
